Bonds at Best Levels on Stock Swoon
  Mortgage Market Update

Stocks are quickly down to the weakest levels of the day and bonds are at their best levels of the domestic hours. News about sanctions on Chinese officials may be having an impact, or it could just be opportunistic/momentum trading ahead of the 4pm NYSE close.  Either way, 10yr yields are now down only 2.5bps at .683. 2.0 MBS are very close to unchanged.
