Before we dig into Draghi's press conference, here's a quick alert for any lender out with rates at 8:45am or before, or for those with overnight price protection.  We're now looking at 6 ticks of weakness from the earliest possible rate sheet print times.  If your rate sheets aren't out yet, or if they came out only a short while ago, you're probably not at much risk (yet).
