If you have NOO or 2nd home loans in the pipeline and can lock them at today's rates, that's probably a great idea considering the following:

In a nutshell, NOO and 2nd homes will be getting hit with LLPA overlays at most lenders starting with tomorrow's pricing.  Several lenders have already released announcements to that effect.
